Modular Rack Assembly

A modular rack assembly includes a base that may be positioned within a bed of a vehicle. A pair of support rails each has a pair of legs removably coupled to the base. The pair of support rails extends upwardly from the base. A plurality of cross members is removably coupled to between the pair of support rails. An object is positionable on each of the plurality of cross members. The assembly supports the object.

1. A modular rack assembly configured to be removably positioned within a vehicle wherein said assembly carries an object, said assembly comprising:
a base configured to be positioned within a bed of the vehicle; a pair of support rails each having a pair of legs removably coupled to said base such that said pair of support rails extends upwardly from said base; and a plurality of cross members removably coupled to between said pair of support rails, the object being positionable on each of said plurality of cross members such that said assembly supports the object.
