A calendar reminding method and device, which relate to the field of communications and computer processing and can be used for solving the problem that the calendar reminding process is tedious. The method comprises: when detecting that the time of a calendar reminding event is reached, outputting reminding information; when detecting that the time of the calendar reminding event is reached, searching for an associated event corresponding to the calendar reminding event, the associated event comprising an associated application identifier (101); and when finding the associated event corresponding to the calendar reminding event, calling an application corresponding to the associated application identifier in the associated event (102). The calendar reminding method and device are used for achieving calendar reminding. |
