1. A method of determining if a contaminating integration of a nucleotide sequence is present in a set of nucleic acid, the method comprising:
performing a first assay to provide a first value indicative of the total number of iterations of the nucleotide sequence in the set of nucleic acid; performing a second assay to provide a second value indicative of the number of iterations of the nucleotide sequence at a particular integration site in the set of nucleic acid; and comparing the first value to the second value; wherein the first value being greater than the second value indicates the presence of a contaminating integration. |
