PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact imaging lens which is bright, and has a wide view angle and high resolution.SOLUTION: The imaging lens is provided which comprises, in order from an object side, a positive first lens L1 having a convex surface on the object side, a negative second lens L2 having a concave surface on an image side, a positive bi-aspherical third lens L3, a positive fourth lens L4 having a convex surface on the image side, an a negative bi-aspherical fifth lens L5 having a concave surface on the image side, and in which the image side surface of the fifth lens has an inflection point positioned off an optical axis. The imaging lens satisfies conditional expressions; (1) 0.80<ih/f<1.00, (2) 0.6<TTL/2ih<0.75, (3) 2.3<f3/f<10.3, (4) 0.5<f1/f4<1.4, where f represents a focal length of the entire imaging lens system, f1 represents a focal length of the first lens, f3 represents a focal length of the third lens, f4 represents a focal length of the fourth lens, ih represents a maximum image height, and TTL represents a distance from an object-side surface of the first lens to an image plane along the optical axis. |
