<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-phase carrier having less nonspecific protein adsorption (namely having high hydrophilia), having high stability, and capable of capturing a target having higher molecular weight and a target which is complex, especially, a solid-phase carrier for affinity chromatography (affinity carrier), and a compound for preparing the solid-phase carrier.SOLUTION: The solid-phase carrier is formed of a copolymer comprising: a hydrophilic monomer component (monomer component A) for carrying ligand, which is expressed by the formula (I) (in the formula, Ya is a hydrogen atom or a protective group of an amino group, and n is an integer of 11-250); a decimation agent monomer component (monomer component B) for adjusting hydrophilic and hydrophobic environments of the ligand carried by the hydrophilic monomer component; and a crosslinking agent monomer component (monomer component C).</p> |
