PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information sharing system capable of efficiently sharing the previous reference information including the treatment information or health information of a user which can be referenced when carrying out medical, nursing or caring treatment to the user.SOLUTION: The information sharing system includes: an information sharing server 52 having communication means 72 and storage means 71; and information terminals 56, 58 and 59 each having communication means 64, input means 66 and position information acquisition means 63 for transmitting reference information input by the input means 66 to the information sharing server 52 by the communication means 64. The storage means 71 of the information sharing server 52 is configured to preliminarily register use position information where treatment is received for each user, and the information terminals 56, 58 and 59 are configured to acquire work position information by the position information acquisition means 63, and the information sharing server 52 or the information terminals 56, 58 and 59 are configured to identify the user from the use position information and the work position information. |
