摘要 The present invention relates to nanoparticles for effectively delivering a drug gene to a retina by condensing the drug gene to make the same into particles and coating the external side thereof with hyaluronic acid, and to a method for manufacturing the nanoparticles. The present invention provides nanoparticles for drug gene delivery having a core and an outer (shell) structure, which prevents nuclear acids from being easily decomposed by enzymes and stably delivers the nuclear acids to retinal nerve cells by forming the core by condensing the nuclear acids such as siRNA or the like with a nontoxic anionic polymer in the form of a polymer. In addition, the nanoparticles of the present invention can penetrate the retina through transcytosis by coating the external side (shell) with the hyaluronic acid which has a negative charge and reacts with Muller cells.
