The present invention relates to a system and a method to measure a noise based on cloud, capable of objectively measuring and confirming noises from home or working sites such as offices, factories, or houses at a low cost. An acoustic signal is measured by connecting an authenticated microphone with an Internet-connected random terminal of a user, and then is provided to a cloud server. The cloud server records a noise generation state according to a variety of standards by analyzing the acoustic signal, and provides the analysis result to the user terminal, and therefore, the cloud server is able to process noise measurement, requiring a high cost, in order to process the noise measurement at a low cost and suggest the measurement when in reliable environment. |
