What is described is a method for producing the medical dressing consisting in the fact that distilled water is sequentially added with halite, sodium bicarbonate, colloidal silver, castor oil pre-diluted with rectified ethyl alcohol from food raw material, 5% alcoholic iodine solution in the normal environment, and mixed.
