PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase signal quality while suppressing increase of a circuit scale.SOLUTION: A phase difference detector 210 detects a phase difference between an input signal at a predetermined frequency and a feedback signal. In an oscillator 240, having a plurality of delay elements connected circularly, the plurality of delay elements generate a plurality of oscillation signals, having mutually different phases from the phase difference. A delta-sigma modulator 250 quantizes a predetermined real number to an integer number corresponding to either one of the plurality of oscillation signals by delta-sigma modulation. A feedback unit 280 provides a signal, synchronized to an oscillation signal corresponding to the integer number, as a feedback signal. |
