<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glow plug energization control system which controls glow plugs, provided for every cylinder, without incurring the multi-porting of an ECU or the complication of wiring, by a glow plug energization controller. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU3 and a plurality of GCU100<SB POS="POST">(1-n)</SB>are coupled with each other by using a drive command signal line WIR<SB POS="POST">SI</SB>, which transmits a drive command signal SI from the ECU3 to each GCU100<SB POS="POST">(1-n)</SB>, and a self diagnosis signal line WIR<SB POS="POST">ID</SB>, which transmits a self diagnosis signal from each GCU100<SB POS="POST">(1-n)</SB>to ECU3, and also it includes a cylinder position determining means IDU120<SB POS="POST">(1-n)</SB>, which determines the position of its own cylinder by forming a resistance ladder circuit by a voltage difference detecting resistor 122 and a voltage detecting resistor 127 which are provided in each GCU100<SB POS="POST">(1-n)</SB>between ECU3 and each GCU100<SB POS="POST">(1-n)</SB>, in a cylinder position determination mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
