A rotor structure of a motor according to the present invention includes: a core body which is penetrated and coupled to a shaft in an axial direction, and has teeth with a first slide combination part formed on the front ends thereof radially arranged along the outer circumference thereof; a field magnet coil which is wound around the circumference of each of the teeth, and maintains a mutually separated state while being wound around the teeth; and a cylindrical core tip part which surrounds the outer part of the core body, and has a second combination part formed on the inner circumference thereof so that the front ends of the teeth can be slid and coupled in a male-female manner to correspond in the axial direction. |
