The present invention provides for an electronic financial transation system that caters to the countryside where pawnshops/remittance centers are the mainstram financial service providers. The present invention comprises of merchant transation terminals maintained by merchants capable to send payment/collection requests to its customers, field salesmen or branches that are located in the provinces; outlet transaction terminals located in these pawnshops/remittance centers that are capable of accepting payments or collection/sales remittances; a network user terminal which facilitate the transactions between merchants and these pawnshops; and a network server interfacing and implementing the transactions between the terminals within the system. The network server also allows the back-end integration of merchants' computer system for their different business applications. Each terminal is provided with web based portal where transactions are carried out. |
