PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device etc. enabling effective use of a physical band.SOLUTION: The node includes a signal processing unit which, according to the priority of an mp2mp signal and a p2p signal input to an identical port, allocates the use band of the port to a signal having higher priority. The node also includes a determination unit which determines whether or not the self-port or the output destination of the self-port performs discard processing of the mp2mp signal as a preliminary signal. The node further includes a control unit which changes the priority of the p2p signal, input to the self-port, in a manner to have higher priority than the priority of the mp2mp signal, when it is determined that the self-port or the output destination of the self-port performs discard processing of the mp2mp signal as a preliminary signal. |
