PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erroneous detection prevention method capable of preventing the erroneous detection of a touch position due to attachments on a touch panel.SOLUTION: An erroneous detection prevention method includes: a first detection step (S1) of detecting a first touch with the finger by using a self-capacitance system; a first determination step (S3) of, when the first touch is detected, determining whether or not a contact area is due to the finger and a contact object; a first system switching step (S6) of, when the first touch is not detected, switching the self-capacitance system to a mutual capacitance system; and a second determination step (S7) of determining whether or not there exists any contact object contacting the touch panel by using the mutual capacitance system. |
