<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device having a cutting unit of a recording medium for suppressing a cutting failure in said recording medium by said cutting unit.SOLUTION: A recording device 1 comprises a cutting unit 11 made movable with respect to a recording medium P for cutting said recording medium P, characterized in that said cutting unit 11 includes a sound recording part 12 for recording the sound generated by the movement of said cutting unit 11. By the recording device 1 thus constructed, it is possible to suppress the cutting failure of the recording medium P by the cutting unit 11.</p> |
