PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for electrostatic charge image development that can suppress a change in density of images after the repetition of image formation under high temperature and high humidity.SOLUTION: There is provided a carrier for electrostatic charge image development including ferrite particles in which: under an environment of 30°C and the relative humidity of 85%, the common logarithm A (logΩcm) of the resistance under an electric field of 24000 V/cm and the common logarithm B (logΩcm) of the resistance under an electric field of 4800 V/cm satisfy the following relational expressions (1) 1.04≤B/A≤1.11 and (2) 6≤A≤9.
