<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body surface evaluation method capable of acquiring hemoglobin images that has high contrast and excellently reflects the distribution and state of microvessels. <P>SOLUTION: An enlarged skin internal reflected light image RG is acquired from upper dermis CL in which the microvessels MC are distributed, and independent component analysis of the acquired skin internal reflected light image RG is executed to extract hemoglobin images HG and HG'.
