<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device having a simple configuration and capable of reliably making a walk-in cancel mechanism and a cancel release mechanism function even when a mounting position of a seat cushion with respect to a base member is a little inaccurate, although the cancel release mechanism is configured to operate by interlocking with rotation of a seat back. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle seat device includes: a walk-in cancel mechanism 50 that allows a walk-in mechanism to be in an invalid state where the mechanism cannot operate, as well as allows a seat back to rotate to a position where the seat back fully falls; and a cancel release mechanism 34, 50, 65, 70, 73 that operates by interlocking with the rotation of the seat back and recovers the walk-in mechanism, in the invalid state by the function of the walk-in cancel mechanism, into a valid state where the walk-in mechanism can operate.
