<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for collective housing which enables a user to easily check a charging state of an electric vehicle in a charge system, which is located in a place distant from a dwelling unit in a residential building, from the dwelling unit. <P>SOLUTION: An intercom system for collective housing includes a charge information receiving part 14a which connects and links with a charge system 2 of an electric vehicle, communicates with the charge system 2, and receives charge information, and a charge information delivery part 14b which specifies an address of a dwelling units and delivers the charge information received by the charge information receiving part 14a to an intercom of the dwelling unit corresponding to the address.
