PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated fin and a heat exchanger including the same, capable of surely preventing bending of an unexpected part in manufacturing, thereby improving product accuracy and easiness in manufacturing.SOLUTION: In a corrugated fin 5 for a heat exchanger, formed by alternately bending flat plate portions 5a and joining portions 5b into the corrugated shape, surfaces of the flat plate portions 5a include grooved recessed portions 13 or stripe-like projecting portions 14 extended obliquely to a pair of sides 11, 11', and have at least one recessed portion 16 or projecting portion 18 on an arbitrary cut face in at least one of a direction of the pair of sides 11, 11' and a direction of a pair of end sides 12, 12'. |
