The present invention relates to a microfluidic device based on a fiber network and a use thereof. More specifically, the microfluidic device can adjust the size of the fiber network by pressure to easily adjust the flow rate of a fluid. According to the present invention, the microfluidic device based on the fiber network can easily adjust the flow rate of the fluid in order to sequentially move a variety of fluids, thereby enabling washing, reaction, and detection processes with a single load. Accordingly, the present invention can be applied in various fields such as diagnosis of pregnancy and blood glucose as well as harmful microorganism detection in industrial scale. |
