摘要 Provided is an eccentric vibrating speed reducing device which can accurately press a pin member in a press hole of a flange body. An outer gear (20) vibrates and is engaged with an inner gear (22) by being inscribed in the inner gear (22) in the eccentric vibrating speed reducing device (G1). The eccentric vibrating speed reducing device (G1) includes: a through hole (44) formed at a position which is offset from a shaft center of the outer gear; an inner pin (pin member) (46) penetrating the through hole; and the flange body (52) in which the inner pin is pressed. The inner pin includes: a press unit (46A) pressed in the press hole (52A) of the flange body; and a chamfer unit (46B) formed at the front end of the press unit. A part of the chamfer unit includes a fastening clearance (δ1, δ2) on the press hole of the flange body, and roughness of the chamfer unit is smaller than that of the press hole.
