A fixed support mechanism, folding mechanism and folding table; the fixed support mechanism comprises a self-locking handle (15) and two sliding support rods (14) arranged on the two sides of the self-locking handle (15); the self-locking handle (15) overall is V-shaped, and has a U-shaped groove therein; an eccentric gravity adjustment hole (155) is provided at a transverse position in the middle of the inner end (152) adjacent to the sliding support rod (14); the inner end (152) has a clamping groove (154) for clamping the top end of the sliding support rod (14); the folding mechanism comprises at least two sets of folding assemblies (1); each set of folding assemblies (1) comprises a wall holding frame (11), a table support frame (12), a connecting piece (13) and a fixed support mechanism, solving the technical problem of how to firmly fix a table panel by using less force.
