PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet mounting system and a sheet mounting method which can prevent, when mounting a sheet having a metal terminal mounted thereon such as an IC chip onto a mounting table, electrostatic breakdown of the metal terminal and the IC chip due to electric discharge.SOLUTION: A sheet mounting system comprises: a sheet loading part 10 in which a plurality of sheets are loaded; a mounting table 20 on which the sheets taken out of the sheet loading part 10 are mounted; and a static eliminator 40 which is arranged between the sheet loading part 10 and the mounting table 20 so as to eliminate static electricity from the sheets that are carried from the sheet loading part 10 to the mounting table 20.
