PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of eliminating: a heat exchanger only for the fuel gas heating at a fuel gas decompression running time; and piping for introducing the fluid of a heating source from a HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) up to the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In a combined cycle power generation arrangement including a fuel gas compressor, a heat exchanger to be used as means for cooling a fuel gas compressed and heated during a fuel gas compression run by heat exchange with bearing cooling water is also used during a fuel gas decompression run as means for heating the fuel gas reduced in pressure and temperature.
