An elastically variable soundproof insulation material is provided between an inner plate portion and an outer plate portion of a railway vehicle to absorb sound and remove dust, comprising: an inner plate unit; an outer plate unit; and an elastically variable unit. The inner plate unit is fixated to the inner plate portion. The outer plate unit is fixated to the outer plate portion. The elastically variable unit is disposed between the outer plate unit and the inner plate unit to control a distance between the inner plate unit and the outer plate unit, respectively. |
