The invention relates to the construction of pipelines in difficult geological conditions. The present method involves positioning and rigidly fastening a coil of a pipeline support on two support axles in the form of beams which are transversely arranged and movably mounted in frames of the support. Lifting jacks are positioned under each support axle and the coil is raised or lowered, together with the support axles, to a planned height, ensuring that the angle of inclination of the coil corresponds to the planned value. Then, the achieved planned position is fixed by means of fastening the support axles in the frames. The ends of the support coil are welded to a pipeline. Adjusting the height position when using the stationary support involves loosening the fastening of the support axles in the frames of the support. Then, lifting jacks are positioned below each support axis, and the coil is raised or lowered to a planned height, maintaining a calculated angle of inclination of the coil. The achieved planned position is fixed with the help of adjustment plates. The invention permits the precise adjustment of the planned height of a pipeline support and the angle of inclination when installing pipelines, and also permits correction of the height position during use. |
