PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with terminal boards on which terminal boards can be easily and reliably mounted only by pressing in a lead-out end part of each terminal board led out from a battery main body to a conductive part of a circuit board without the need for soldering treatment. SOLUTION: The battery with terminal boards comprises a battery main body 2, and terminal boards 7a/7b for electrically connecting the battery main body 2 to conductive parts 6a/6b of a circuit board 5. The terminal boards 7a/7b include contact parts 42/44 conductively connected by contact to the conductive parts 6a/6b of the circuit board 5. The contact parts 42/44 are provided with through-holes 43/45, and the terminal boards 7a/7b are fixed to the circuit board 5 by rivets 40/40 inserted and penetrated into the through-holes 43/45.
