<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a naked-eye view stereoscopic image display device which generates small loss of light projected from the image display device and provides no unnatural vision at an edge of an image formation region. <P>SOLUTION: The naked-eye view stereoscopic image display device comprises an image formation section 412 which is constituted by arranging a plurality of pixels in plane on the image formation region and forms an image according to an input image signal, a parallax barrier 413 which is arranged with a predetermined interval with the image formation region, and has a mask region 413, cutting off light projected from the image formation region 412, and a transmission region, transmitting the light, arrayed alternately along a surface of the image formation region and generates a parallax in the optical image formed by the image formation section 412, and a reflection section 43 which is provided at the edge of the image formation region along the parallax direction of the parallax barrier 413 while projecting outward from the surface of the image formation region and reflects light projected through the parallax barrier 413. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
