A mobile communication system for relaying the whole view of tourist resorts in real time and a method therefor are provided to enable a terminal user to view tourist resorts by accessing a view relay server, once the tourist resorts are taken by broadcasting cameras installed in nationwide tourist resorts and the taken pictures are stored in the server. A broadcasting camera(10) takes a picture of a tourist resort in real time. A view relay server(30) stores an image transmitted from the camera(10). A data call server(40) provides a data call to a terminal user to access the view relay server. A mobile communication terminal(60) consists of an image manager for outputting an interface screen on a display for enabling the user to access the server and for enabling the image to be stored in a storage, the storage for storing the image of the tourist resort, and a controller for controlling a driving action of the image manager.
