PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-returning device for a pachinko game machine which improves durability of obstacle nails surrounding an elastic rotator. SOLUTION: The ball-returning device 9 is provided near the terminal end 1a of an outer rail 1 in inner and outer rails 1 and 2 forming a game area 4, and has the elastic rotary body 16 which rebounds the hit ball into the game area 4 and rotates simultaneously when the hit game ball 6 collides with it.
