<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical filling packer for carrying out a manufacturing method of hardly forming wrinkles on a cylindrical film during drawing operation even if the weight of a filler is relatively heavy in manufacturing a two-component packaging bag by a drawing process. <P>SOLUTION: The two-component bag packer includes a pair of drawing rollers 50 which hold the cylindrical film 2 between them, and upper and lower holding mechanisms 110, 120 which are arranged above and below the drawing rollers 50 and hold the cylindrical film 2 between the mechanisms 110, 120 using holding members, respectively. The upper and lower holding mechanisms 110, 120 hold the cylindrical film 2 loaded with the filler before drawing operation by the drawing rollers 50 is carried out. While the cylindrical film 2 is held between both holding mechanisms 110, 120, the paired drawing rollers 50 are driven to divide the filler loaded into the cylindrical film 2 and form a vacant filling part 2a, where no filler is present, in the cylindrical film 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
