A hydraulic power generating apparatus is provided to generate electrical energy by flowing water in a downward direction rather than in an upward direction. A turbine(5) is arranged on an in upper portion of a water storage tank(9), and a water supply pressure tank(10) is arranged at the right side from the water storage tank. The water storage tank and the water supply pressure tank are connected through a pump pipeline(21). Lower stream pipelines(20,20A) and an upper stream pipeline(15) are connected to the water supply pressure tank. A refill water tank(19) is arranged on the water supply pressure tank. A water pump(3A) and a refill water pipeline(16) are connected to an upper portion of the water supply pressure tank, and the pump pipeline and a water outlet port(14) are arranged at a lower portion of the water supply pressure tank. |
