A portable thermos bottle with a heating apparatus and the heating apparatus thereof are provided to drink hot water simply regardless of places by heating water with a heating catalytic plate through combustion of vaporized fuel, to improve security by preventing accidents, and to use the portable thermos bottle as a hand stove by mounting a cover in the heating apparatus. A portable thermos bottle(100) includes a lid member(110) for opening and closing a main port(104), a container part(102) for containing contents, and a heating apparatus(130) combined with a lower part of the container part to heat contents in the container part. The container part has a container(103) having the main port, a heating apparatus assembling part(105) protruded in a lower part of the container and combined with the heating apparatus, and a vent hole(106) formed in the heating apparatus assembling part to flow external air into the heating apparatus assembling part.
