<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve availability and reliability of a system which files processing data unconsciously, regarding a data processor which transfers processing data to be copied, transmitted or recorded to a storing means unconsciously as backup data, making it possible to obtain necessity/unnecessity of backup from the property of the processing data and thereby to process data so as not to be accumulated by the same operations as usual. <P>SOLUTION: This is a copying machine 10 which has such data processing functions as copying, facsimile transmission, and printing. It also has a transfer function for transferring the processing data as backup data to a mass storage 12 in which a server unit 13 performs the storage and management. The copying machine includes an image processing part 32 which recognizes an evasion symbol entered into a direction area Pa of the original from the processing data and a control part 21 which prohibits transfer of the processing data whose evasion symbol is recognized to the server unit 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
