PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible recording medium library device suited to suppressing surface wobbling during the rotation of a flexible recording medium and increasing capacity of information recording. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of flexible recording media 10 rotated during the execution of information recording/reproducing and each having first and second surfaces, a plurality of first stabilizers 20 each having a function of receiving one flexible recording medium 10 and arranged to face the first surface during the execution, a second stabilizer 60 arranged to face the second surface during the execution, a storage 30 for storing the plurality of flexible recording media 10, a driving part 40 for executing information recording/reproducing in the flexible recording media 10, and a transfer means 50 for executing the transfer of the flexible recording media 10 and the first stabilizer 20.
