PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting rod capable of suppressing interference of an end of a stabilizer and another part. SOLUTION: The connecting rod 8 is used for the vehicle in which a lower end of a shock absorber 5 is connected to a rotation support member for rotatably supporting a steered wheel or a suspension link 3 and the end of the stabilizer 6 is connected to the shock absorber 5 through the connecting rod 8 having a shaft directed in an approximately vertical direction. The connecting rod 8 is provided with a projection part 8 and a guide passage 14 as an expansion/contraction means for shortening the length of the connecting rod 8 in the steering state more than the non-steering state of the steered wheel.
