<p>The door stop (1) suction cup faces the surface (2) to which it is attached. The door stop may include an adaptation for a suction cup. Attachment of the doorstop, is caused by pressure or rotation. Suction is caused by a mechanism connected to the suction cup or its attachment. A special suction cup is implemented in a unit with a spindle. The linear lifting stroke, is made at right angles to the surface for adhesion. The movement takes place in a closed housing. The housing is single- or multi-part, e.g. it comprises a cover (4) and casing (5). A casing exerts a force on the special suction cup or attachment; the force applied is such that the sealing material is pressed even more forcibly onto the surface for adhesion. At the groove of the special suction cup or attachment, the casing includes a further groove. This prevents inward pulling by the suction cup.</p> |
