<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft coupling structure of simple constitution that can shorten the axial length. <P>SOLUTION: The shaft coupling structure has a throttle shaft 14 as two rotating shafts that are arranged on the same shaft, a rotating shaft 17 of a throttle position sensor, convex fitting parts 141, 142 that are formed to one of these two rotating shafts, concave fitting parts 171, 172 that are formed to the other rotating shaft in order to loosely fit these convex fitting part and an elastic body 20 consisting of a torsion spring that is fitted in the space where the fitting part is mounted when the above convex fitting part is engaged with the concave fitting. The end 202 of the elastic body 20 presses the convex fitting part 141 and the other end 203 of the elastic body presses a concave fitting part 172, which connects these two shafts without backlash in the revolving direction. Because it can connect only by the length of convex fitting part 141, 142 without protruding to the outside of the rotating shaft, the axial dimension and the radial dimension can be shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
