PRINTING METHOD FOR PRINTED WIRING BOARD

PURPOSE:To establish a method for preventing a coating solution from flowing down so as to enable a printing to be uniform in coating thickness by a method wherein a scraper is separated from a screen face when squeegeeing is performed and a squeegee is separated from the screen when the squeegee is shifting during a non-squeegeeing process. CONSTITUTION:A squeegee 2 and a scraper 3 are arranged in such a manner that the squeegee 2 is positioned at an upper side and the scraper 3 is positioned at a lower side. A substrate 5 is provided adjacently to the rear of a screen 1. A combination body of the squeegee 2 with the scraper 3 is made to shift from an upper side to a lower side of the substrate 5. An adequate amount of a coating solution 5 is supplied to the upper side of the scraper 3 tip. The squeegee 2 is separated from the screen 1 face and the scraper 3 is made to push on the screen 1 face when they keep shifting. In a downward shifting process, the scraper 3 is separated from the screen 1 face by a space (c) of 1mm or less when it keeps shifting. BY these processes, a coating solution is prevented from flowing down, so that a printing uniform in coating thickness can be realized.
