LOW-VOC HIGH-SOLID TYPE COLORED TOP-COAT PAINT COMPOSITION FOR REPAIRING A VEHICLE

A paint composition for the low VOC high solid type colored top coat for repairing automobiles is provided to lower molecular weight with increasing a solid part, thereby lowering viscosity. A paint composition contains 70 ~ 85 weight% of a solid part, and comprises 30 ~ 50 weight% of an acrylic polyol resin having a number average molecular weight of 4,000 ~ 10,000 and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 10 ~ 50°C and having a hydroxyl value of 120 ~ 170mg KOH based on the solid part; 10 ~ 20 weight% of a high solid type toner; 0.01 ~ 0.1 weight% of a curing catalyst; 15 ~ 30 weight% of a solvent; and 10 ~ 30 weight% of an isocyanate as a curing agent.
