PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a person who is an outsider of a dwelling unit do prompt action with respect to emergency situations. SOLUTION: When a fire alarm 1, a crime prevention sensor 2 or an emergency push button 3 detects emergencies, an alarm unit 60 in an interphone master unit 4 receives a detection signal from the fire alarm 1, the crime prevention sensor 2 or the emergency push button 3, and an alarm signal from the alarm unit 60 is transmitted to a door interphone slave unit 5, from a talking circuit 40. In the door interphone slave unit 5, a talking circuit 50 receives the alarm signal and an alarm tone is outputted from a speaker 51. When a person located outside of a dwelling unit operates the ringing button 53 of the door interphone slave unit 5, a ringing signal circuit 54 transmits a ringing signal to the interphone master unit 4. In the interphone master unit 4, a ringing detection signal 43 detects the ringing signal, and a contact message from a message circuit 62 is transmitted from the talking circuit 40 to the door interphone slave unit 5.
