METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR THE AUTOMATIC PREPARATION OF TECHNOLOGICAL RECIPES FOR THE HEAT TREATMENT OF METAL WORKPIECES IN INDUSTRIAL FURNACES AND DEVICE FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

In order to plan the heat treatment of metal workpieces before the start of the heat treatment in the respective industrial furnace, and then perform it autonomously, according to the invention a method and a computer program and a device comprising a computer (1) for the automatic development of technological recipes for the heat treatment are proposed, according to which first the parameters of a selected material of the metal workpiece and, using a selected treatment method, a recipe structure template are loaded from a material database (10), and data is provided from a user interface and a recipe structure is compiled, then the parameters of the metal workpiece, the compiled recipe structure, and the data from the user interface are defined into values of recipe segments, from which in the end the technological recipe for the heat treatment is generated, wherein said technological recipe can be reworked, stored in a program database (12), and retrieved for the heat treatment of metal workpieces in industrial furnaces (5).
