PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an upper support having excellent assembling property to a vehicle body while materializing further cost reduction by reducing the required number of vulcanized articles made of rubber. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure of the upper support 18, the upper support 18 is fitted and mounted into a fit-in recess 26 formed in a vehicle body panel 20. A rebound stopper rubber part 80 is molded integrally with a main body rubber part 46 of a support body 28. In addition, a peripheral edge part of an opening 36 in the vehicle body panel 20 is made to be a upwardly bent part 92. The support body 28 is upwardly fitted into the fit-in recess 26.
