The element has support surfaces each formed of a plate (132) fixed immovably on a base plate of the element such that the plate (132) is in contact with support surfaces of a hollow profile (110) i.e. rail, when the element is introduced in the hollow profile. The plate (132) is slidable along support surfaces of the hollow profile parallel to a longitudinal axis of an opening, while being blocked in translation in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the opening due to reduced functional clearance.
