A mold for injection molding of a bimetallic radiator section contains stationary and mobile casings, shaping inserts, sprue bushings of molding, a divider, an ejector plate, a support plate, a fastening plate, bars, supports of mobile casing, ejectors, counter-pushers, guides of column and bushing, fixing pins and bushings, fixed and mobile rods, locks, catches fixing pins, a system of supply and removal of heat-transfer agents. The mobile rods in the area of bosses of fixed continuous shaping inserts are equipped with thin rings located from the back side of mobile pins, which make it possible to adjust precise arrangement of four ends relative to four ends of ejectors according to the sizes, which are equal to the lengths of horizontal pipes of reinforcements. The ends of four ejectors are in fixed state up to the moment of ejection of the unit - castings and pouring gate system. |
