<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for coating at least a part of subject surface or implanting in a subject. <P>SOLUTION: A biodegradable antithrombotic conjugate having heparin and other antithrombotic part is introduced in a main chain of a polymer modified by click chemistry as a side chain. Various bioabsorbable monomers and dimers, e.g. valerolactone can be used for monomer derivation, homo- and co-polymerization, and conjugation with a biologically active molecule by click chemistry. A coating containing a biocompatible and bioabsorbable polymeric antithrombotic conjugate is applied to at least a part of surface of implantable tool to prevent or reduce the formation of thrombosis. The first coating layer that is the base layer is prepared by mixing a polymer material and a biologically active drug with a solvent to form a homogeneous solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
