PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a running rail for a mobile device capable of enhancing the versatility and the working efficiency than that of a conventional one. SOLUTION: The running rail 1 for the mobile device is equipped with a rail part 2 arranged along the peripheral direction around side walls of pipes 100, 100a, and a pedestal 3 as a supporting member for supporting the rail part 2 with a predetermined space from side wall surfaces of the pipes 100, 100a. The rail part 2 has a running gear engagement part 6 for the engagement of a running gear of the mobile device along its longitudinal direction.
