The present invention relates to a system for protecting underground utilities and preventing damages. The system facilitates fabrication, transportation, assembly and disassembly and minimizes the damage to underground utilities and the risk of an accident occurring according to the damage by: directly transferring an alert via a light or sound through a reaction by a pressure applied to a predetermined value or more; or transmitting a dangerous situation to an underground utility management server by wireless communication.
